What To Expect

Walk-Through- First, we begin with a pre-inspection, which gives you the chance to show your professional carpet cleaner the areas that need to be cleaned and to point out any specific areas of concern. This will allow us to locate the high traffic areas and tailor certain aspects of the carpet cleaning process to meet your specific needs.

Pre-Treat- Next, we begin pre-treating the carpet by applying any necessary spot or stain removers. We will also pre-treat the high traffic areas that you mentioned during our pre-inspection.

Deep Clean & Groom- Now it’s time to clean the entire carpeted area with our high powered truck mount systems. We then groom your carpet for the perfect, finished look.

Post-inspection- Once the project is completed, our Professional Carpet Cleaners will re-inspect the carpet with you to ensure that all the work was done to your satisfaction.

Optional: Protect- There are optional services that you can add to the carpet cleaning process. We recommend applying Scotchgard Carpet Protector for maximum protection.
